Valley Water Damage Help publishes general information about water damage and mold and runs a phone line that connects homeowners in the Phoenix Valley with independent local restoration and mold remediation providers.

Valley Water Damage Help is not a contractor. We don’t inspect, repair, dry, clean, remediate or rebuild anything, and we don’t give estimates or schedule work.

Independent providers

• Providers you reach through this site are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners.
• We don’t recommend, rank or endorse any provider, and we don’t check their licenses, insurance or work.
• Any agreement for work, including its scope, price, schedule and warranty, is between you and the provider.
• It is your responsibility to confirm that the contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work. In Arizona, you can look up a contractor’s license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Availability

Whether a provider is available when you call depends on provider participation, your location, technician availability and demand. Same-day and 24/7 service is not promised and may not be available in your area or at the time you call.
